Order placement and confirmation
An order is received after it is submitted on the website. A manager checks product availability and contacts the customer to confirm it. The contents and price may be clarified before confirmation.
Payment
For bank payments, the IBAN details, payment reference and QR code are provided after the order is created. Customers should verify the order number and amount before paying. The store confirms receipt of funds.
Delivery
Orders in Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta to a selected branch or by courier. Delivery time and cost depend on the carrier, address, parcel weight and dimensions.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Contact the store before the parcel is handed to the carrier to change or cancel an order. Returns and exchanges are handled under Ukrainian law, taking the product condition and category into account.
